flu shots (true story!)

When’s the last occasion U got a good flu injection? The last time I got a flu injection was when I was 4 or 5.
I was at the acorn plaza in the toy room & I was hiding behind a board of some sort. "There not gonna find me. There not gonna find me!" I'd chant to myself as I listened to my parents call me. I heard them clear as day but I didn't say anything. Suddenly a kid bout 4 said "HI" rilly loudly & everyone looked. Someone came over. It was my mom. All she said was. "Hurry up!"

We were in the room that citizens got there injections in. I didn't know what it was called. I was hiding again this time under a white desk griping the sides thinking "they won’t find me" but they did. They put me in the patted chair & held me down because I was squirming. The nurse came in & got the needle. She just ceded saying. "Just relax your mussels and it will be over in the twinkle of an eye." of course I didn't believe her for the reason that I've had a needle before.

Apparently I looked relaxed because she started coming at me with the needle. So I thought on my feet and kicked her. My parents grabbed my feet and I squirmed even more. I heard my mom apologizing & the nurse said "It happens all the time."

My dad held my feet while my mom held my arms and the nurse came at me with the needle again & I started screaming. The nurse jumped back shocked & said "I haven't even given her the needle yet." & it was true she hadn't given me the needle yet.

I was starting to panic. I was sweating & I was still screaming so I was running out of breath. I ceded looking around the room trying to distract myself. It wasn't working.

I could hear other kids crying and screaming now. I believe it's because I was.
